What Personal Information we collect

When you use the ORFAST Technologies Platform as a ORFAST Technologies Customer to process and provide information and content to your Users, or interact with the ORFAST Technologies Platform as a User, or the following Personal Information may be collected and processed:

  • When you use the ORFAST Technologies Platform as a ORFAST Technologies Customer to process and provide information and content to your Users, or interact with the ORFAST Technologies Platform as a User, or the following Personal Information may be collected and processed.
  • Information you upload – The ORFAST Technologies Platform can be used to store media content and metadata that you upload, which may potentially include Personal Information about you, your Users, and other third parties.
  • Information provided by you – You may enter or create Personal Information when you use certain functions of the ORFAST Technologies Platform, like managing user lists and permissions and adding metadata to content.
  • Traffic information, activity, and login credentials – When you interact with the ORFAST Technologies Platform, the system collects the traffic information needed to deliver your actions and requests over the internet such as IP addresses, and URLs. The ORFAST Technologies Platform uses cookies and may collect other system information such as MAC addresses to allow the system to recognize you, remember your preferences, and/or support the use of digital rights management systems. The production activity on the ORFAST Technologies Platform is logged within the system for the purpose of providing ORFAST Technologies Customers and Partners with statistical analysis of use, to enable system monitoring, security auditing, error tracking, and reporting of activity via the system, and to comply with data retention rules and internal policies that apply to Customer data. We use commercially reasonable methods to keep production logs secure and do not use them for any other purpose or share them with third parties (except in cases where disclosure is required by law).

Disclosures of Information under Customer Control

Please be aware that our Customers use the ORFAST Technologies Platform to store, process and distribute videos and other information belonging to them or their Users through websites, apps, or other means. Depending on the configuration of the ORFAST Technologies Platform by the Customer and Users, videos and other information on the ORFAST Technologies Platform may be viewable to the general public or to limited audiences. We encourage ORFAST Technologies Customers to learn how to use the permission controls and content distribution features of the ORFAST Technologies Platform and exercise good care and judgment when sharing information through the ORFAST Technologies Platform. As the controller of Personal Information on the ORFAST Technologies Platform, our Customers are responsible for maintaining the privacy of Personal Information pertaining to their Users. ORFAST Technologies is not responsible for disclosures of information made by our Customers and Users through their or your use of the ORFAST Technologies Platform.

Your Activity on the ORFAST Technologies Platform via ORFAST Technologies Customers

We provide the ORFAST Technologies Platform to our Customers, who use the ORFAST Technologies Platform to process and distribute content and other services to their Users. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information by our Customers using the ORFAST Technologies Platform. If we process your Personal Information on behalf of a Customer, it is that Customer’s responsibility to protect your privacy.
If you are concerned about your privacy while using service provided by a Kaltura Customer, you should address requests and inquiries relating to your Personal Information directly to that Customer. We may forward requests or inquiries you send to the Customer on whose behalf we are collecting or processing your Personal Information.

What Personal Information we collect

Like most other websites, when you visit any of the ORFAST Technologies Websites ORFAST Technologies automatically receives and records information from a variety of sources, such as information from your browser, ORFAST Technologies and third-party Cookie information, web beacons, VAST tags, pixel tags, social media buttons, URL links, and other methods.
When you register with ORFAST Technologies we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, website, and personal interests. When you register with ORFAST Technologies and sign in to the ORFAST Technologies Website, you are not anonymous to us.
